Asian Fit Glasses

Just sharing my (not-so-new) discovery and love of Asian-Fit glasses. I knew these existed for years, but never actually invested in a pair. The ones offered didn’t appeal to me and many just had the adjustable nose pads. I was tired of being confined to specific styles just because my facial structure wasn’t the American norm.

Enter Gentle Monster.

I learned about this brand after watching 4 kkdramas (Yes, quarantine was a great time for this). It is a Korean brand that specializes in Asian-Fit/Alternative-Fit. Meaning, the glasses are built a bit higher to accommodate for low nose bridges and high cheekbones. The arms are a bit wider to account for wider faces.

I put them on and they fit perfectly. The bottoms don’t touch my cheeks. The arms don’t squeeze my face and give me headaches. They come in cute styles that make me feel like the ultimate fashionista.

I think I’ll be sticking with Asian brands that specialize in Asian-Fit glasses from now on 🙂
