Toured a Second Venue and Fell in Love

Adam and I went on another venue tour today, and we are soooooo glad we did! We toured a venue with a totally different style than Venue #1 and it definitely felt more like us.

The price got even better than we had anticipated which is always a bonus. As much as we would love to have a giant wedding, we also have our future to think about… eventually buying a house to settle down… etc. etc.

Like Venue #1, Venue #2 really only offers the space, tables, and chairs. Although, their prices includes tax, a parking lot, security officer, and site manager. Venue #1 only had the parking lot included of that list.

It is extremely convenient to our home and hotels for our guests (and my lab if I have that midnight itch to go check on an experiment). Overall, we are really happy with it!

My advice from this experience? Like before, TOUR THE VENUES and don’t just settle on one from the photos. It is such a different experience in person. I’m so glad we decided to have our wedding in the city we live. Last time, we were planning from across the country and we couldn’t see anything in person!!
