Finally Found the Best Planner System

It’s the beginning of 2021, and I thought I would share with you my planner setup for the year. I typically stick with the same setup for about 6 months before getting the urge to change it up. I’m feeling pretty confident that I will stick with this setup for the entire year.

My main agenda is my Louis Vuitton A5 Agenda. This is where I plan EVERYTHING. I don’t care about making it pretty. I put my plans, my partner’s plans, our plans, wedding plans, social media plans, everything in here.

From the A5, I move plans to my mini HP. This is my on-the-go planner. I typically add plans weekly so I know what I am doing when I am out. This planner is super portable and fits in most of my bags. I love the disc-bound set up that lets me add and remove pages easily.

For work, I am using the A5 spiral planner from the Cloth and Paper sub box (all of my planner inserts are from Cloth and Paper. Click HERE). This is something I leave at work and it’s where I plan experiments and keep up with my class schedule.

Lastly, is my Louis Vuitton PM Agenda. This is a pocket-size agenda where I track posts for this blog. I don’t really like posting multiple blogs on the same day, so this lets me make sure I am spreading things out nicely.

For in-depth social media plans, I will use the website/app, Notion. I am still building up my Notion pages but I love it so far. I even have a section entirely for wedding planning. My mom and my partner can both view it and make edits. This makes things much easier since we live over 1,000 miles away from my parents!

Open planner

Overall, this is a system that works for me. I used to be the type that would use one planner and put everything in it. That got way too overwhelming for me. I prefer having a main planner and then companions to it so I am not constantly looking at a giant list of tasks.
